At 2.8kW, the E27T2 features a single bi-directional reversing fan, dual halogen lamps, and generous 115mm / 4.5″ tray spacing. This is the ideal plug-in oven for full size baguettes as well as a wide range of fresh, par baked and pre-proved frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake and confectionary products. The touch controller has icon-driven menu, perfect for uncomplicated training of staff, as it allows for intuitive functionality and pre-programming usability.
