The EHT10-L extended hot holding cabinet ensures an ideal holding atmosphere and provides consistency in holding food without compromising the quality. The icon-driven 5.7″ LED backlit touch screen control panel is easy to use as it allows for intuitive functionality and pre-programming usability. The heated humidification water tank works harmoniously with the electronic humidity tank temperature control to deliver accurate temperature and humidity conditions for an ideal hold atmosphere. This dedicated hot holding cabinet offers 10 x half size sheet pan or 10 x 12″x20″ steam pan capacity, is designed for individual use or system installed with Turbofan E33T convection oven within its compact 610mm/ 24″ width footprint. Hot holding temperature range between 65-85C / 149-185F, which is suitable for different food groups wet or dry. Cook ahead and serve proteins, bakery or vegetables with confidence that everything looks and tastes as it truly should.
