This is a twelve tray prover/ holding cabinet made with the good looks and durability typical of this redesigned series. An auto-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet function mode are standard, with easy to use controls. Manual controller interface offers simple and efficient access to high performance power with a mechanical thermostat for time and temperature setting. This unit can be stand-alone or stacked with the E32 oven system, and comes with a field reversible left or right hand hinged door. The fully insulated double-skin cabinet construction ensures efficient heating and a plug-in connection makes it easy to install.
