Cook in a pot of water on the stove for approximately 8 mins. Remove from water and place on the poly container to be held immediately.

Temperature: 70°C / 158°F

Moisture Temperature: 90°C / 194°C

Maximum Holding Time: 120 minutes

Assemble to order with topping and garnish for serving
